    Every professional completes an ID and background check. Their photo is verified before each job, so you can confirm who is arriving before opening your door.

    Will I feel comfortable home alone?

    You can request a female professional where available, share the booking with family, and use the in-app SOS button if you need immediate help.

    How much will this cost?

    See the price before confirming your booking. If the work changes, no extra task or charge is added until you approve it.

    Will they actually show up?

    Follow your professional on the way to your home. If they cancel or fail to arrive, we arrange another professional for your booking.

    What if the work isn't right?

    If the finished work falls short, contact our team. We review the job and arrange a free visit to redo the affected work.

    We keep a record of each job. If something is damaged or missing, report it through the complaint process so our team can investigate.

What is Ghar Bolou?

Ghar Bolou is a home services app in Pakistan where you book verified plumbers, electricians, AC technicians, cleaners, and more. Pick a service, see the price, and a professional comes to your door.

How does it work?

Choose your service, see the price, pick a time, and confirm. You get your professional’s name and photo before the visit, and you pay after the work is done.

Is it safe to let someone into my home?

Every professional’s CNIC, documents, and background are checked before their first job. They submit a live photo before each shift, and you give them a job PIN when they arrive to confirm the right person is at your door.

How much will it cost?

You see the price before you book, and nothing gets added without your approval. No haggling and no surprise charges at the door.

What if the professional doesn’t show up or the work isn’t good?

If the professional doesn’t show up, we arrange a replacement or refund any amount paid. If the work isn’t right, contact our team to arrange free rework.

Which cities and services do you cover?

We’re launching in Islamabad with plumbing, electrical work, AC service, cleaning, and more. We’ll expand to other cities. Join early access to hear when Ghar Bolou arrives in yours.

How do I pay?

Pay after the job using cash, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or a card. You never need to pay in advance.

How do I join as a professional?

Apply in the Partner app with your CNIC, a police character certificate, and a short skills test. To get started before launch, and tell us about the services you offer.
